How many hrs should it be kept in fridge before grinding? Can it be kept in freezer for quick cooling? Usually vadai mavu kept in fridge absorbs more oil when frying. How to avoid it even after storing the grinded dough for few hours?
Two hrs in refrigerator only.No freezer..Add little riceflour if you are keeping for long in refrigerator.Add it just before deep frying.Quality of urad also matters.
